How do you charge?
For anyhting not covered under your contract, we charge on a per piece or per job basis. We will quote you a price and verify that you want us to do the work before we begin.

How often will I be billed?
We invoice you as soon as we finish the work.

What are your terms?
Since our services are primarily labor, our terms are net 7 days.

Are you a service bureau?
No. We offer these services as a convenience to our warehouse customers.

What kinds of labels can you sew?
We can sew jokers, four-arounds, care labels, logo labels--pretty much anything. The price depends on where the label is located and whether we have to open any seams to insert it. Please call us for a quote.

Can you print these labels for us?
We can print some kinds of care labels, but we do not print jokers or four-arounds, etc. You must supply these.

What other kinds of labels can you help us with?
We can print and apply many different kinds of black ink adhesive labels. For example, we can print a bar-coded label to attach to your hangtags, or a UCC shipping label for your boxes. If you want us to print any UCC or UPC labels, you must give us your UCC manufatcurers' number and UPC numbers (for more info on this, go to the UCC website here). Accurate does not have a UCC manufacturers' number that you can use. Our label supplier stocks commonly used label sizes, but we can have cusotm sized labels made if you meet minimum quantities. If you are designing a hangtag and think you might need an adhesive label for it, check with us first so that you can plan your expenses accordingly. We will not hand trim labels to fit!

What other sewing jobs can you do?
We can hem, alter and repair many different kinds of garments. We have our own cut and sew operation, and all jobs are done on the premesis.

Can you package my products?
Yes, we can put your garments on hangers or fold them in bags or boxes.

Who supplies the packaging?
We can supply hangers, garment bags, poly bags, etc. If you have specially designed or unique packaging, we may ask you to supply it, or we may be able to procure it ourselves once you have developed it. Ask for our input if you are designing packaging--we can suggest ways to make the packaging process more efficient.

Can you inspect my products?
Yes, we recommend it. We will give you a quote for inspections based on the sample size you want inspected and how you want us to handle rejects. Since we have our own production facility, we can also repair, alter, press or steam many failing garments to return them to first-quality condition.
